"If you are thinking of putting your house on the market, then I urge you to speak to Mark at Agents4U first before you do anything. Of course the prices that Mark charges for selling your house are very reasonable, but that isn’t the end of the huge differences between Agents4U and a high street estate agent. Mark is friendly and helpful and gives honest and professional advice at all times (even at 8.45pm when I once needed to call out of hours!) I found his many years of experience selling houses very reassuring and I knew he was always giving me the best advice. The market has been difficult recently, but this was not a problem as having taken Mark’s advice I achieved a very good offer just 4 weeks after making that first call. Potential buyers can call Agents4u for more information about your house between 8am and 8pm 7 DAYS A WEEK!!! This makes a very big difference and sets Agents4u apart from the Chain gang! The pictures that are taken when you choose a chain estate agents are dull and Fuzzy at best – not with Agents4u The professional pictures that were taken were amazing and made all the difference, bright fresh and clear – I almost didn’t want to sell when I saw them they looked so good! Even after I accepted the offer on my house, Mark kept on working behind the scenes, liaising regularly with my buyers and the builders of my new house and my solicitors. In fact I can’t see how the High street estate agents can survive, the prices they charge do not match up to the service they give. "For anyone who is browsing this website and considering trying Agents4U, our advice is simply-do it! You will be forever grateful that you did. After a couple of unremarkable experiences with the usual high street/village estate agents we had resigned ourselves to sitting it out during the housing market slump, until a friend who had recently sold with Agents4U told us about their prompt,1st class service. After buying and selling properties for a number of years and generally knowing what to expect regarding the marketing of our properties, Agents4U arranged a professional photographer who produced a stunning collection of pictures which we feel really did our house justice, we had a steady flow of viewers who we felt were genuinely interested in our property. We even had viewers telling us that they wish they themselves had chosen Agents4U to market their own properties after their initial phone call to enquire about a viewing. Mark and the Agents4U team sent weekly updates by e-mail so we could see exactly how many people had viewed our property on line or requested details by contacting their office. Agents4U arranged an open house viewing of our property, we left the house in the morning and left them to it! We had consistently regular feedback after viewings, always constructive too. If need be Mark and the Agents4U team were available to talk to well after usual estate agents opening hours in fact during the sale process we were able to talk to and receive info up to (and sometimes later than) 8pm at night 7 days a week, which we found invaluable as our buyers were actually in another country during the sale negotiations! As you can imagine, we found the whole experience with Agents4U as stress free as it could possibly be. At the very least, check out the rest of the Agents4U website, compare the amazingly competitive fees and talk to Mark and the team. We had been on the market for 2 years taking the usual advice of dropping the asking price every couple of months, we eventually agreed that there must be something wrong with our house and that price dropping was the only way we were going to sell- after our initial conversation with Mark he asked us to consider the fact that maybe there was a problem with the way our house was being marketed rather than there being a problem with our house. Needless to say, after the outstanding marketing techniques by Agents4U including a showcased presentation of our house on Rightmove we accepted an offer within a couple of months. In short, Agents4U did exactly what they said they would, phoned when they said they would, always had the time to talk to us and always had the answers to our questions. We felt that we were kept completely in the loop right from the start until we'd exchanged and even beyond."
